Submitting a request does not create a service agreement. Absolute Concierge will confirm the scope, timing, fees and any third-party costs before work begins.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information and approvals you provide. Purchases, reservations and third-party services remain subject to the relevant provider’s terms, availability, cancellation rules and charges.

Absolute Concierge may decline a request that is unlawful, unsafe, outside our capabilities or inconsistent with our service standards.
